How are the chat sessions held?

We can connect however is easiest for you. Phone, FaceTime, Skype, or we can send you a Zoom link.

What do I need to do for live-streaming personal training or coaching sessions?

You will need a high speed internet connection and one of the following:

Zoom, Skype, FaceTime (MAC users).

Make sure your computer or tablet is positioned where you can be clearly visible to us during your training session.

If you choose to use Zoom, we will send you a Zoom link a few minutes prior to the session start. Check your email and click on the link to open the Zoom window. You will need to download the app onto your computer or tablet/phone in order to open the link. Please make sure both video and audio are enabled so we can see and hear you.

What if I don't see the plan I want to purchase?

Please contact us via email or phone to discuss options. We can create a special plan to appropriately suit your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Subscriptions/Commitments:

  • Monthly commitments are auto-renew payments for a specified term.

  • Month-Month plans will continue to auto-renew until cancellation is requested. Cancellation requires that nadyajudson health&fitness must be notified in writing 30 days prior to the next due payment.

Classes:

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to class starting.  

  • If you do not cancel your reservation within the allowed time frame, you will be charged as if you attended the class.

  • No-shows will charged as if you attended the class.  

  • Pass-holders will have a class removed from their pass as if they attended the class.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds or returns.  

First Class Free only applies to first-time class attendees only. No cash value.
