It’s everything you need to succeed in beating the bulge in your 40’s. I’ve been there, and I KNOW how hard it can be. So I wanted to create a plan that would easily guide women, from the basics up. The focus here is to find your strength, both physical and emotional.

This program is offered in a 12-week format, with audio and video clips, worksheets, meal plans, and a fully scheduled workout program to follow.

You will become a member of our private members-only Facebook group for support and community, along with access to me anytime via messaging.
