Together we will create a program that will help you reach your goals. I do not subscribe to the ‘no pain, no gain’ mentality. As we age, our needs and bodies change, and so must the way we approach our health. We want to be able to continue to move well and keep ourselves living longer without pain and illness. It takes 90 days to create a habit and adopt it into your life. It also takes that time to be able to see the physical changes in your body. Being consistent and accountable are necessary for your success.

Programs are minimum of 3 months and may include:

Fitness plans, nutrition review and recommendations, live one-on-one coaching, mobile app.


 

EAT

Wouldn’t it be a relief if we didn’t have to think so much about what to eat? Restricting foods sets us up for failure, so knowing what and how much to eat allows us to still enjoy the things we love. I am going to help you simplify by creating food plans that are suited to your needs and tastes. This is not a diet. This is about eating in a balanced and nutritious manner by creating good habits that will last a lifetime. I will give you the tools to learn how to eat for life.

Whether you need a one-time plan to get you on track, a tweak to your existing nutrition plan, or guided meal planning, we have what you need to succeed. If you prefer to do it on your own, there is a self-service option. This can be changed at any time if you feel the need for more guidance. All plans are created by a Registered Dietician.

I help you find ways to replace unfavourable behaviours with ones that will contribute to a healthier lifestyle. By working together, we dig deeper the into triggers and emotions surrounding your health and fitness, finding ways to overcome your obstacles.

Health coaching plan is a minimum of 3 months, and includes:

Fitness plans, meal plans, and weekly check-ins to ensure you are on track and gaining momentum.
