Hi! My name is Nadya and I am here to help you MOVE and FEEL better. I have worked in the healthcare and fitness industry for the past 20 years. Now nearing 50, a few knee surgeries and many injuries later, I realized this is the perfect time to help other 40-something women get through their better years healthier and happier. I believe that functional movement patterns and balanced lifestyle are key to keep moving longer and better as we age. My focus is on preventing muscle deterioration, improving bone strength, dealing with joint pain, and enhancing overall quality of life. Whether you are just starting out, returning from injury, or a seasoned warrior, I’ll get you stronger and healthier for the long-term.
