Change the way you see food

A few years ago I heard @JamieOliver describe healthy eating in a really cool way. I am hugely paraphrasing here, and it's not not much different than what my father has been saying my whole life.
The gist of it is:

Your body doesn't know how something tastes, or the texture of a food in your mouth; all it knows is that it breaks what we eat into molecules for fuel.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I HATE eggs. I also know how nutritious they are, so I have been trying to learn to eat them. The past month I've eaten them a handful of times, but I still HATE them. I try to think about the nutrients my body gets from them while trying to not gag them up.

It's a work in progress... I'm a work in progress...
