We offer classes suited to a variety of fitness levels and age groups.  All classes are centred around the WaterRower which offers a unique total-body, muscle-sculping workout.  Burn more calories while keeping impact on the joints at a minimum, improving posture and increasing flexibility.  It's the smarter workout.

Our head coach is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, with a BSc degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.  She also holds certifications in Indo-Row®, ShockWave®, and Schwinn® Cycling.


Studio Row 101

This 45 minute class will introduce you to the WaterRower and give instruction on proper form and technique.  Set at gentler pace, it is suitable for anyone who is new to rowing/exercise, ahtletes who want further instruction on technique, those returning from injury or illness, or anyone who feels like taking it a little easier.  Some body-weight exercises on the mat will make this a total-body workout.  You'll be sure to break a sweat!


Circuit Row

This 50 minute class alternates between short bursts on the WaterRower and total-body muscle sculpting exercises on the mat. It's going to make you work for it!  Never rowed before?  Have no fear - each class begins with instruction on proper rowing technique and form.



This one hour class focuses on stroke control and technique.  Longer rowing intervals will challenge your cardio and muscular endurance.

Must have taken an Indo-Row class prior.  A solid base in rowing stroke and technique is required.

You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results!
